David Childs’s unique talent for bringing intangible qualities to life is the cornerstone of LBP’s distinctive style of strategic branding. Channelling right-brain creativity through a systematic left-brain approach, David guides the LBP team as they identify, internalize, and articulate a company’s true value to develop a strategic brand that is positioned to establish a strong presence in society.

David has a history of creative projects. He was the recipient of an “Excellence in New Media and Internet Technology” award from the Computer Master Institute of New Media and Technology and animated a short film, “The Home”, that was screened at the Vancouver International Film Festival (2003), Tribeca Film Festival in New York City (2004), and ANIME in Brussels, Belgium (2004). Living abroad in the ‘90s, David was involved with Poetic Ammo, who have broken Malaysian sales records and earned accolades at the Malaysian Music Industry Awards (A.I.M.).

As marketing manager at Terra Remote Sensing in Victoria, David had the opportunity to explore the impact of design and animation in a corporate setting. His interest in business and communication also inspired him to found the REACH event series, which aims to unite accomplished, like-minded members of Vancouver’s business community.

In 2004, David started LBP, a strategic branding and communication agency. By merging aesthetics with a systematic approach based on strong business acumen, LBP has guided companies including Pacific Coastal Airlines, Syntaris Power Corp., and Lift Bar and Grill through the process of discovering their core value and articulating it in a way that positions them to grow by nurturing an emotional attachment with their target audience.

When not bringing brands to life for LBP, David sits on the board of directors for STEPS Conference Solutions and may be found speaking to the PR and Marketing classes at Kwantlen College in Vancouver.

Kevin Boothroyd has an innate talent for getting people talking. Constantly in tune with the communication industry’s rapid evolution, Kevin is quick to embrace new forms of media and has a knack for orchestrating traditional and emerging methods of social interaction in a manner that creates a sense of cohesiveness and inclusivity between a brand, their staff, and the market.

Kevin’s innovative approach to communication has led to a series of senior executive management positions with Canadian and American corporations, where he has established a presence as a highly respected communicator, mentor, and thought and opinion leader in public relations, branding, corporate identity, and stakeholder engagement.
